Shipping and Returns

All products are shipped via UK Royal Mail. Within UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. 

Europe via Royal Mail Airmail 3-4 working days,

The rest of the world via Royal Mail Airmail 8-15 working days.

These are Royal Mail's quoted times and may be longer or shorter depending on customs in each territory.

Royal Mail is a non trackable mail service. If you would like a tracked shipping please contact us info@steam-uk.net and we will modify your shipping rate.

Please contact us if your shipment has not arrived in these times.

Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please email return notice to info@steam-uk.net and send product to Steam, Special When Lit, 5 D’arblay Street, London, UK, W1F 8DL.
Full refund will be applied upon receipt of goods. You will be emailed notification of the refund.

Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged please send email to info@steam-uk.net and we will be endeavour to replace the item asap. Steam will also pay return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please email return notice to info@steam-uk.net and send product to Steam, Special When Lit, 5 D’arblay Street, London, UK, W1F 8DL.
A replacement product will be sent as soon as the damaged one is received.
